As Americans who value the U.S.

Constitution over Islam and Sharia, we must not

only expose the false religion of Islam and those Muslims who are engaged in a
stealth jihad, but we must also provide a way for Muslims to leave Islam. Clearly,
there is a yearning for freedom that is shackled by Islam itself. It is unfortunate that
Islam recommends the death sentence for apostasy, but without leaving Islam,
Muslims cannot be truly integrated into American society.
If Muslims want to live where Islam governs them by law, I am sure that many
Americans could pitch in a few dollars and procure one-way plane tickets to any
Middle Eastern country that has Sharia. Let us not be delusional and think that Islam
is compatible with American democracy. Sharia law is not a U.S. Constitutional right.
Separation of religion and state cannot be maintained under Sharia law.
Let us look into what the four Sunni madhabs say about jihad, an important part of
Sharia:
Ibn Taymiyya (Hanbali jurist), proclaimed: Since lawful warfare is essentially jihad
and its aim is that the religion is Allahs entirely and Allahs word is upper-most
those who stand in the way of this aim must be fought. As for those who cannot
offer resistance or cannot fight they shall not be killed unless they actually fight
with words (propaganda) and acts (assisting in the warfare). As the readers may
inquire, information warfare may be seen through the deceptive narratives given by
moderate Muslims and their sympathizers.
Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani (Maliki jurist), proclaimed: Jihad is a precept of Divine
institution it is preferable not to begin hostilities with the enemy before having
invited them to embrace the religion of Allah, except where the enemy attacks first.
They have the alternative of either converting to Islam or paying the jizya, short of
which war will be declared against them. These conditional statements do not
show any notions of democratic, pluralistic norms. If non-believers refuse to accept
Islam, or become subjugated, jihad must be waged against them.
Abul Hasan al-Mawardi (Shafii scholar), proclaimed: The infidels are of two types:
First, those whom the call of Islam has reached, but they have refused it Second,
those whom the invitation to Islam has not reached it is forbidden to begin an
attack before explaining the invitation to Islam to them if they still refuse to
accept after this, war is waged against them and they are treated as those whom
the call has reached.
And from the Hidayah, Volume 1 (Hanafi school): It is not lawful to make war upon
any people who have never before been called to the faith, without previously
requiring them to embrace it. If the infidels, upon receiving the call, neither
consent to it nor agree to pay capitation tax, it is then incumbent on the Muslims to
call upon Allah for assistance, and to make war upon them.

Muslim Brotherhood legend Sayyid Qutb, talks about co-existence as such: It is

not the function of Islam to compromise with the concepts of Jahiliyya (the society
of unbelievers) which are current in the world or to co-exist in the same land
together with a jahili system. If moderate Muslims claim that Qutb is extremist or
that the Muslim Brotherhood has nothing to do with the Muslim Student Association,
then why does a Muslim Brotherhood document claim the Muslim Student
Associations here in the United States as an asset?
Americans are being hoodwinked. There are moderate Muslims who are
attempting to exploit the notion of the majority to introduce Sharia and Islam into
the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood document talks about the role of the
Muslim Brother in America: The process of settlement is a Civilization-Jihad
process their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and
destroying Western civilization from within
The problem being witnessed at UNM is a reflection of a bigger national problem.
Islamic organizations such as CAIR and ISNA have been found guilty of assisting
terrorist groups such as the Holy Land Foundation and Hamas. FBI documents and
court records expose the charade of CAIR and ISNA. Thoughtful readers must be
aware of the falsehoods that are being spewed by these groups, when evidence
shows support for terrorism.
As readers may have already witnessed, these so called moderate Muslim
students cannot bring any real arguments against groups like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, etc,
but instead attempt to tell lies about free interpretation. They also have resorted to
personal attacks because they know their position on moderate Islam is
unjustifiable. The misinformation and disinformation is clearly coming from the
moderate Muslims and their sympathizers.
No other religion attempts to dominate the world through force, or preaches
violence towards non-believers. Alexis de Tocqueville says about Islam, I studied
the Quran for a great deal. I came away from that study with the conviction that by
and large there have been few religions in the world as deadly to men as that of
Muhammad it is the principal cause of decadence so visible today in the Muslim
world and, though less absurd than the polytheism of its old, its social and political
tendencies are in my opinion more to be feared.
