This student struggled with their math class and found it very difficult. They decided to focus more on other classes that semester and retake the math class in the fall when they would have more time to dedicate to it. This was a difficult class for me to understand. I enjoyed the beginning, but had to make a decision to focus more of my efforts in other classes because this class was hammering my mind so much. I enjoyed that I was definitiely outside of my comfort zone with this class. Due to the fact of not understanding the way it was prsented to me I made a decision to retake this class. Sometimes you need to step back and re-do your schedule to have more time to focus on what you struggle with. Due to time issues I made the decision to retake this class in the Fall of 2015 so that I can take it at a time my schedule permits more time for Math 1030. I am not a quitter, I am someone who knows when to take a break and whot to do differently the next time around to ensure that I have better time to focus on what is most difficult to one's self. In order to receive some kind of grade we are required to post something in our eportfolio that relates to each class in our gen-ed area's. I am posting a commentary where we were instructed to find logical fallacies in an article from a newspaper or magazine. This assignment shows my ability to follow directions and find generalizations.
