Dear judges,
My name is Alex Munday. I am an active member in the St. James drama department and have
been during my four years at this school. My experience at St. James has been eventful to say the
least. The trials and tribulations of schooling have led me to stride myself to walk across the
stage during graduation.
I have been very self motivated in my interest in technical theater. I started young with interests
in building things and technology, and performing has always been in my family, and it all
clicked to me. During research I found more information about making a career out of being a
technician in a theater environment, which I will apply in the future. During the product portion,
I was able to hands on work with Newspring church and helped with the setting up the stage and
laying cables before a sermon.
Senior Exploration has been a pretty indifferent experience to me. Ive always been able to apply
myself, and this project gives a sort of freedom to be able to work on your own and to be
diligent. Deadlines gave a little stress but I was able to manage. I believe my senior year would
have not been complete without one large final project to do, a bon voyage almost.
I would like to thank you for taking your time to critique Senior Exploration and for listening to
my experience and I hope for you to view my portfolio at this time.
