Potato skins are the residue of the use of potatoes are quite numerous. Potatto skins have many substances which
are beneficial to the body. The content contained in 100 grams of potato skins include a total of 17g of
carbohydrates, protein, 3g, and iron for 6,1mg. The presence of iron is large enough to make the skin of potatoes has
the potential to help prevent and treat anemia. Based on this, the author initiated the manufacture of potato skin milk
with soya bean mixture to treat anemia. Iron content of 9,6mg at 100g soy milk potato skins made with additional
soybean can be deemed to treat anemia.
