enrgy whether form of electricity, fuel (coal or oil), heat supply, or as the energy equivalent of
material convert. Actual energy reqirements of smelting, converting, and refining vary widely
depending on the mine characteristic and type of smelter. Table bellow shows an estimation of
energy that reqired to produce per ton ferronickel using pyrometalurgi method for saprolite ore.
