EXPERIENCE

In charge of the juicing station at an organic, mostly vegetarian caf. I worked
under pressure and tight deadlines to complete all customers orders, as well as
dealing with customers concerns. My main job was to prepare juices and
smoothies.
K I T C H E N P R E P : Pei Wei Asian Diner (Weston, FL), 2011 2012
Drahma chef, with the responsibility to receive all orders of food and put
together protein and vegetables to be cooked by wok cooks. Preparation of
all vegetables used every day was done by me, as well as cleaning station and
being the link between cashiers and kitchen.

VOLUNTEERING

ANIMAL FRIENDS OF THE VALLEYS: Wildomar, CA, 2014

About five months of weekly volunteering at the shelter, working with animals,
cleaning, helping with adoptions, and talking to new adoptive parents.
