associate engagement.
 number of completed projects, project owner feedback forms, year-end internal customer
satisfaction survey
 A combination of quantitative and qualitative feedback from all levels: the Board of Directors,
customers, Wall Street analysts, stock price, media, senior leadership.

 Still under negotiation. Right now it is "followers," but we know this is a bad metric.
