I thoroughly enjoyed working with my team during the Fall term. We would often get carried away
with chatting instead of being productive, however I feel being able to communicate and getting
along with your team is a crucial aspect for an effective team. Each individual brought a lot to the
table and if I could retake the course I would want to be in the same group. Everyone was hard
working and keen to do well on each assignment. I am grateful for my time with these students.
The Business Plan assignment allowed me to learn how to tackle a big project and how important
and difficult it is to coordinate team sessions.
