    Dear Mr. Bakuteza,
    We hereby submit a letter of intent for the approval of installation of electricity at E
    and A Expresschow, located at Stall A Stop Shop, Lot-7 Aguinaldo Road, Central
    Business District, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
    In addition, may we request for your approval to secure the other regulatory and
    safety permits which required so that we can already commence with our business
    operations.
