Henley-On-Thames train station

I asked the person working behind
the counter at the time and she
agreed to let us use it as the station
was quiet, meaning we would not
disrupt anyone catching their train,
and we both carried tickets from
journeys earlier that day
Unable to acquire a camera that
day due to them being in use by
other students, I used my models
phone to take this shot
Her phone was fully charged before
we started shooting
The main health and safety issue in
this area was the risk of my model
falling off of the wall she was posing
on. Had she fallen forwards, it
wouldve been fine as there was a
bench very close below and she
would easily be able to put her feet
on it as she fell. However, had she
fallen the other way, she wouldve
landed on concrete. To ensure this
didnt happen, my model was very
careful with how she was
positioned, but in the event she had
fallen, we put our bags and coats
underneath so as to soften the fall
The train station is a mere 10
minute walk from the college
The location was suitable as I didnt
just want my magazine to have a
natural feel but also an urban one,
plus the background was perfect for
symbolism I wanted to include.
