I Was at Hazrat Nizamudin Railway Station to see off my relatives on

22.04.2017 and it was around 10:00 pm. I was there for Dakshin
Express (train no. 12722) which departs at 11:00 PM. Train was placed
at platform no 5 as the train starts from here. I, with my relatives,
started walking on foot over bridge towards platform after security
check from Sarai Kale Khan side. That day there was heavy crowd on
the station. At the same time, when I was on foot over bridge, I got a
call. As it was an important call so I received the same. I turned left to
get down onto platform through stairs. After some stairs, a man with
heavy gunny bag on his head with a bag in his hand pushed me from
back. On account of which I lost my control. Anyhow, I controlled
myself but due to that I had lost the grip of hand, in which I hold the
phone. My Phone fell down from the side of stairs and bumped on the
concrete base. Due to scare of permanent loss of phone, I want to
recover it as soon as I could do. I get down by removing the crowd.
Some people also passed over it. I found my phone reverse side up.
The phone went light curved. After looking at the situation & condition
of screen, I found that it heavily damaged. Thereafter I kept the phone
safely with me. I have not visited any service center or other external
repairer to get repair the phone. Next day I intimated the claim to
oneassist accordingly. This was accidental in nature, unforeseen and
beyond of my control and happened unintentionally on the part of me
or any person. You are requested to do the needful and process the
claim asap.
