I chose reading as my theme for my meme because it is a hobby that I enjoy and I
like to read in my free time. I enjoy reading because it takes the stress out of life and it makes
me calmer. For this meme, I wanted something that represented me and reading is something that
is a major part of my life. For my first image, I chose a person that was surrounded by books
with the caption How society thinks I read I chose this image because most people think that
just because you like to read that you are a nerd. For my second image, I chose a picture of a
person sleeping on her homework with the caption How my teachers think I read I chose
this image because teachers think that students are more likely to procrastinate instead of doing
the assigned reading. For my third image, I chose a picture of a pigeon reading a book thatll get
it in trouble with the caption How my parents think I read I chose this because my parents
usually think Im reading more books that arent educational and cause mischief. For my fourth
image, I chose a picture of a person hiding their phone with the caption Ho my roommates think
I read I used this image because I like to read on my phone and my roommates think that Im
always reading when Im on my phone. For the fifth image, I chose a person who is sitting
gracefully and eating while they read with the caption How I think I read I chose this image
because I think the position I think of when I imagine reading. For my last image, I chose a
picture with a bunch of random reading positions with the caption How I really read I chose
this image because I like to change my reading position often and I usually end up in a weird
position after an hour. From my meme I hope that people will learn more about my personality
and about who I am outside of being a student. To rate my meme, I would give myself an 8
because I really liked the outcome of my meme and I think it truly represents myself. The end
result made me smile which is what I wanted so I believe I did the best of my ability.
