Ingredients:

Bananas

Cinnamon

Thick coconut milk & Liquid coconut


milk

Pandan Leaves

Brown Sugar

Sugar

Water

How to make:
1. Cut a block of brown sugar into half
and melted it by cook with a little bit
of water with medium heat for
about 10 minutes or until the brown
sugar is melt.

2. Filter the melted brown sugar with


sieve.

3. Peel the bananas

4. Cut the bananas into pieces and put


it in the pan.

5. Add a bowl of liquid coconut milk

6. Add of cinnamon and 2 pandan


leaves that has been tied into the
pan and boil the banana until the
banana is almost cooked.

7. Put the white and filtered brown


sugar into the pan. Stir it and let it
cooked for about 5 minutes.

8. Pour a bowl of thick coconut milk.


Keep stir it until its boiling so the
coconut milk will not broken down.

9. Turn off the heat, pour it into a plate


and its ready to serve.
