Sub.: COMPLAINT AGAINST LEADERS OF AAM AADAMI PARTY
FOR DEFAMING THE BHARTIYA JANATA PARTY
Sir,
Yesterday, after going through the News telecasted on many News Channels, I
came to know that a complaint was filed by Mr. Rajesh Garg, Ex-MLA, Aam Aadami
Party, whereby falsely alleging the leaders of Bhartiya Janata Party for making
telephonic calls to Mr. Rajesh Garg and offering Bribes for supporting Bhartiya Janata
Party to form the Government in Delhi. The detail reports telecasted by the News
Channels are enclosed herewith the ready reference.
It gave me an utter shock by going through the said News wherein it was
informed by Mr. Rajesh Garg that a person was arrested and detained by the Police
officials and later on was released without investigating and verifying the facts and
intention of the wrongdoers. It is pertinent to mention herein that during that period the
leaders of Aam Aadami Party made several statements falsely and deliberately accusing
the leaders of Bhartiya Janata Party for making telephonic calls to the MLAs of Aam
Aadami Party and offering bribes to support the Bhartiya Janata Party in Delhi
Assembly.
It is to inform you that the matter is of grave concern to me where the reputation
of our party was smashed up by the leader of Aam Aadami Party for their personal gain
and the losses to the Bhartiya Janata Party. This falsehood by the Aam Aadami Party
has maligned the reputation of the Bhartiya Janta Party in the country as well as in
Delhi. Being the matter is of serious nature hence required meticulously investigation
so the truth can come out and the culprits can be punished for their wrong acts.
It is, therefore, requested that the matter be re-investigated thoroughly and the
wrongdoers be punished as per law of the land.
