Math
This week in math we will continue with our
study of the x7 facts that we started last
week. Be sure to ask your child to sing you
the newest song!
The snow days have pushed back our study
of area and perimeter into this week. We
have been able to do some fun math
activities using technology! Last week, with
the classroom set of iPads, the students made
video books defining perimeter and showing
classroom examples of how to find the
perimeter of an object.
If time allows this week, we will start into
our study of number line models and
multiplying larger numbers (two digits times
one digit).
