CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSION

During this internship, I learned on how to work as a team to produce a good

work. As a future engineer to be I realized engineers without knowing the importance
of teamwork, will not be able to achieve their goals and meet up with their schedule.
Without the support from department, it will delay the tasks further on. In this
internship, I had acquire the communication skills and also the managements through
the daily tasks that I performed. I trained my communication through communication
with my department engineers and my supervisor. With the orders and also
explanation given, I tends not to let them repeat what they had said as there are busy
with their tasks as well. From here, I learnt how to communicate well with them so
that a clear description can be obtained.

As a conclusion I would like to say that I have learned a lot of knowledge and
also skills that cannot be found in any books and references. Even though this
training only lasted for four and a half months but the experience gained and the
peoples working here are valuable for me. Through this training period, I had
equipped myself with better knowledge to face the challenges that will be coming in
the near futures. It can be said that Patience is bitter but its fruit is sweet.
