    Standard 3: Observing, documenting, and assessing to support young children and
    families.
    Artifact: Child Case Study; CD 201 Observing and Management of child behavior.
    With the child case study I had the opportunity to use assessment tools and take observation
    notes of a child, with this notes I was able to identify the need and strengths of the child and also
    be able to think and create activities to help him build on the areas of need, I was also able to
    collaborate with the teacher giving her suggestion of different ways to work with the child.
    Observing, documenting and assessing are very important to support child learning and
    development.
