02-13 present Office Manager, Retail Credit Solutions (West Jordan, UT): Duties include:
Supervision of lower level staff member. All bankruptcy correspondence. All credit bureau reporting
disputes and updates. Managing the charge off and reinstatement of delinquent accounts as well as
maintaining communication with all third party agencies delinquent accounts are outsourced to. After
three months I was entrusted with the training of lateral employees. After a year of working I was
promoted to office manager of our Salt Lake City office.
11/09 12/12, Server, Ruby Tuesday (Avondale, AZ): Duties include: greeting consumers at entry to
restaurant, providing patrons with details regarding restaurant specials, assisting other staff with duties
when time allows. After five months I was entrusted with the training of lateral employees.
05/09 - 08/09 Life Guard, Aqua Tots (Goodyear AZ): Ensuring the safety of Star Point patrons.
