G.S.R.132(E). In exercise of the powers coffered by sections 6 and 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act,
1986 (29 of 1986L the Central Government hereby makes the following rides further to amend the Environment
(Protection) Rules. 1986, namely:I. (1) These rules may be called the Environment (Protection)(laird Arnmdrnent) Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into farce on die date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Environment (Protection) Rides, 1986, in the Schedule I, in serial number 95 relating to Emission Limits
for new diesel engine up to 800 kW far generator gegen/meg aPPlisalion/
in the opening paragraph, for "I A April, 2014" ,substitute "1' July, 2014" ; and
in the General Conditions, in paragraph 2 relating to 'Requirements of cerdficatiati , for "I" April,
