Coordinate participation of State Advisors (20 states) at demobilizations for National Guard
Soldiers
Monitor Dept. of Labor briefing requirements under the VOW Act (2012). Input data into the
Dept. of Defense ACAP XXI Database.
Prepare Individual Transition Packet (ITP) for each and every National Guard Soldier who
demobilizes and requests assistance or information on their DD Form 2648-1. Ensure
Soldiers receives this packet prior to the 30-day Yellow Ribbon event at their home station

Serve as subject-matter-expert on military healthcare issues and deployment cycle issues

Develop/maintain training guidance for Transition Assistance Advisor program
Serve as subject-matter-expert on National Guard programs and procedures for Technical
Approach writing of NGB contract proposals
Evaluate company website for content, relevance, and areas of improvement
PROGRAM MANAGER MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT
National Guard Bureau Contract

Supervise and manage 168 nurse Case Managers and Administrative Assistants located at
JFHQ in all 54 States/Territories
Supervise Assistant Program Manager and Lead Administrative Assistant
Prepare and deliver briefings to NGB Officers at O5 level and above. Prepare Monthly
Progress Reports, SITREPs, IPRs, AARs, and various budget tracking reports
Solely responsible for delivery of contract requirements (deliverables) to NGB
Responsible for program improvement by maintaining constant communication with
Contracting Officers Representative (COR) at the NGB level
Responsible for strict adherence to budget . Oversee credentialing, HIPAA and security
clearance maintenance, and MEDPROS access permissions
Ensure employees comply with Statement-of-Work while delivering support to Soldiers
Work directly with Deputy State Surgeons for program improvement initiatives
Final approving authority on all 1351-2 travel claims forms
