Focus Questions

1. My area seems to be the Temperate Woodland and Shrub land.

This area has warm summers, needle leaf trees, and has many
bush plants. My area has a red flowered plant that would survive
in warm places, and would make sense to be in this biome. These
factors are what lead me to believe that it is a Temperate
Woodland and Shrub land.
2. InmyareaIseearelationshipbetweenthebeesandtheplants.Thebeesinmy
areafeedandpollinatetheTreesandtheredplantinmyarea.Thebeesareableto
spreadtheplantsootherplacesbypollinatingtheplants,creatingmoreoffspring.
ThePlantsareatthebottomofthefoodchainandcreateenergyfromthesun,to
thengivetotheanimalsinthearea;thisisanotherrelationshipinmyarea.The
plantshelpkeepanimalsatthebottomofthefoodchainbyprovidingfoodfor
them.LastlytheBirdshavearelationshipwiththetreesinmyarea.Theyallow
thebirdsaplacetolive,andraisetheirchildren.
3. InmyareathePlantsatthebottomofthefoodchain,andthenthebeesand
spiders,andthenthebirds.Thebirdsdonoteatthebees,ortheplants.Through
thebeeseattheplants,andthespiderseatbugsthatgettrappedwithinitsnet.
