Theme: Bright Lights, Big City. Colors: Red, Gold, Black
Entrance Items:
Extra Wide Carpet Entrance with Black Carpet on Side and gold carpet in the
middle for the front entrance.
Red "Curtain" Drapery Tunnel: to hang from outside awning with side pieces to
reach the wall. Up lights included.
Custom "Cypress High School" Gobo to shine on side wall in front of building
FRONT FOYER:
Star Gobos: 2 star gobos to shine on wall in front foyer, gold gels (small stars)
Black Drapery: 20 ft. of drapery to block off & create room for coat check
Additional Pipe and Drape to block off kitchen area on 2nd floor. LUE will also
bring additional pipe & drape to block off chaperone second on 2nd floor.
MAIN ROOM:
Dance Boxes: 2 glow dance boxes for upper dance area
Star Gobos: 2 star gobos to shine on each side wall gold gels (small stars)
2 lycra screens with cityscape graphics to be projected on both sides of the DJ
Photo booths: TBD placement on right side of dance area
UPPER BALCONY:
Casino: 3 blackjack tables, 1 roulette table, and 1 craps table with dealers
Bistro Lights: to hang on venue existing poles and cover upper balcony celing
PATIO:
Caricature Artists: for entire event. To be placed in outside balcony
ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
Tablecloths for venue tables: 10 for booths on bottom, 8 for booths on 2nd level, 8
for tables on 2nd level, and 6 for tables on patio. Black linen. 6 additional for
registration, coat check, and additional 6 ft tables needed.
Up lights: to be placed around the venue as necessary
Small Red Floral Centerpieces for Booth Tables. Use of LUE Candles for
additional tables complimentary. Shinny gold accents for tables with candles. Red
marbles included. Candles for tables on patio
