Meadow Hall School 20th Anniversary
celebration.The event will hold in the
boardwalk event center, on the 7th of May
2022. Capacity: 120 guests (70 people in the
indoor space, 50 people in the outdoor space)

 Client wants design to be in color Black

& Gold so it matches the black pillars in
the indoor space.
 Lights (inside & outside; fairy lights/
bulb lights)
 She’ll like a Rustic/ gentleman’s
club/smoke lounge vibe
 Inside the hall, she wants a Proper dining:
dinner style setup. A mix of Rectangular
and round tables.
 She’ll also like a Cake area
 Welcome Cocktail Area (the mini foyer
before entering the indoor space will
serve as this)
 A False wall is to be built in the
space.The Photo Area is to be located
here. The floor is to be covered wit a
Black carpet.Design features include:
Lights, Greenery, Bar, Cocktail furniture.
 The outdoor space is to serve as a Lounge
area with a relaxed vibe. Floor is to be
covered with green turf.
 False walls will be built to block out
spaces outside they are to have artsy
design due to the celebrant’s love of art.
