Individual Goal Challenge 4-WEEK PLAN (October to November)



Goal - build muscle and tone (Focus on core, back, and chest muscles)
Reason - To improve posture and physical work in any activity plus help strengthen muscles for
softball season in the Spring.
Nutrition Plan
2 items per day of any of the following:
Milk (full glass) or greek yogurt*
Figs
Fish (salmon, swordfish, etc.)
Kale, spinach, or other greens

Diet Limitation:
Cut back on servings of carbs and sugar and replace with vegetables. Cut back on red meat -
hard for the body to digest.

Each Week (4 hour goal - for activity)

Week 1
10/24 Friday - Walk w/ dog around neighborhood (30 min)
