situated in revenue estate of village Malpura, Tehsil
Dharuhera and District Rewari , Haryana.
2. We derived title to the said apartment by a
Conveyance deed bearing 1375 dated 18.09.2013
between M/s Bestech India Pvt. Ltd., M/s Babylon
Builder Pvt. Ltd., & M/s North West Metals Pvt. Ltd.,
and ourself.
3. We hereby declare that We, us heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns and the said apartment
referred to in paragraph 1 of this declaration, shall
hereafter be subject to the provisions of the
Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983 and all

amendments thereto and we further declare that

we shall comply strictly with the covenants,
conditions

and

restrictions

set

forth

in

the

declaration and with the bye-laws forming part

thereof, and with the administrative rules and
regulations adopted pursuant to such by-laws (as
either of the same may be lawfully amended from
time to time and in the Deed of apartment.
