Office Secretary:
Must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Incumbent should have excellent written & verbal communication &
coordination skills.
Pref. Graduation with Secretarial Course from a reputed Institute.
Preparing, maintaining, updating, tracking & managing office documentation,
records, data in hard & soft copy including minutes of the meetings,
documents, letters, circulars, resolutions, confidential files, official mails,
contacts, schedules tasks etc.
QA/QC (Engg.): (1)

Setting up and managing the site QC Lab.

Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
Arrange / establish concrete mix design on sites for various grades of
concrete.
Site Quality Audits. Inspection of site activities like excavation, raft
foundation, conpaction works, concrete works, finishes etc
Candidate must be Diploma/Degree holder having at least 5-8 years of
experience The candidate should have sound knowledge of Q.A/Q.C
procedure, Project Quality Plan,Implementation of QMS, Inspection test plan
(ITPs), Method Statements and check lists for High-rise Buildings,
Infrastructure projects including finishing works.

QS Engg (Quantity Surveying: (1)

Candidate must be Diploma/Degree holder in Civil Engineering having at least

5-8 years of experience as Billing Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor in Large
Construction Firm. Preference will be given to those who have worked with
Real Estate.
Should be able to understand the tender/ contract documents.
Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements.
Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing, verification of bills

Supervisors- Site Engg: (1)

Should be able to manage the project independently. Interact project team for
achieving project progress.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Coordination with subcontractors to achieve planned progress

Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management
techniques.
Coordinate with Foremens and Supervisors
Candidate must be Diploma/Degree holder having at least 5-8 years of
experience
