UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFFS, to this Honorable Court
most respectfully MOVES for the adjustment of the schedule of hearing of the
above-entitled case from 24 SEPTEMBER 2009 at 8:30 AM to another
date, preferably 22 OCTOBER 2009 at 8:30 AM.
The undersigned just underwent cholecystectomy (removal of gall
bladder and ERCP (removal of gall stones), and is also treated for his coronary
artery disease. (Medical certificate hereto attached). At the moment, he is not
still fit to travel long distance.
