AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, CHARLIE ASTILLERO & ROBERTO ASTOR, both of legal ages,
Filipinos, married and residents of San Fernando, Palo, Leyte respectively, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT--1. We personally know the late BRAULIO F. ALEJANDRE, JR., a long-time
friend and neighbor in San Fernando, Palo, Leyte;
2. We personally learned about his demise on that very same day, June
22, 2010, since he died in his own house, which is just in our neighborhood.
3. We are not related by blood or affinity with Braulio F. Alejandre, Jr. or his
wife Nilda Hernit Alejandre.
4. We personally vouch to the truth about the fact of death of BRAULIO F.
ALEJANDRE, JR. on 22 June 2010.
5. This affidavit is executed to prove the foregoing facts as well as for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
