1.

Open Control Panel and Click on Mail

2. In the Mail applet click on Show Profiles.

3. In the Mail window click on Add.

4. In the New Profile window type a descriptive name and click Ok.

5. In the E-Mail Accounts window select Add a new e-mail


account and click next.

Enter server name as exchangembx


And user login name as nirmalk than click on more setting

Go to connection

Click on Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP

Do the above setting and click on ok

Than click on check name user name will get resolve

NOTE: When Outlook is launched for the first time it


may appear to be slow this is due to synchronization
and downloading of mails to outlook local PST.

HOW TO CONFIGURED LOCAL PST FILES


Go to File
Click On New

Click on Outlook Data File

Choose Outlook 97-2003 Personal Folders (.pst) & Click OK

Choose C Drive or D Drive


Create Mail Folder as per Snapshot
Choose Mail Folder & Open

In the Mail folder,


Create a PST Files as per User Name (example : cmshelpdesk)
Click OK
As per Snapshot

Change the as Name per User Name


Click On OK

Then Create a new PST Files AS per Snapshot


Cmshelpdesk new pst files create

Create New folders in Cmshelpdesk PST File

Create Inbox in PST Files & Click OK

Also add Sent Items Folder in PST Files
