College/ University Visited: Assumption College

Who attended this visit with you?
Saturday Academy Spirit Program.
What are three things you did on your visit?
We attended a presentation by the campus officials. It was formal, they told us about the school
and answered any questions. Later, we proceeded to take a tour of the campus, eat lunch and
explored a bit on the walk back to the bus.
What is one thing you learned that you did not know before?
Honestly, I feel like most of the college visit are similar, but I learned that I liked the campus and
it seemed like the people were nice.
What did you not do that you wished you have done while you were there?
I wish I would have asked more questions about the student life, and what it was like to actually
attend there. During these college visits I tend to stay in the back, and listen.
Reflecting on this visit, what is one question you didn't ask but will ask on a future visit?
What is the average college debt that students leave with?
But more specifically what the students who were leading our tour were leaving with. Although
there were many financial aid questions asked, I did not remember this one.

I actually did enjoy the college, the campus and the people I saw. It gave off a good feeling/vibe,
but I would need to visit it on my free time to actually decide.
