- Both hands outside
of your hips
- Elbows at 90
- Push yourself back
to starting position

Bicep Curls
-Legs-shoulder width
apart
-Knees slight bent
-Elbows tucked in
-Supinated grip

Lunges

-Back straight
-Step about 2-3 feet
forward
-Knee should not go
over toe
-Front leg should bend
90
