Notice of Contract Termination of Mr. Soeun Klo

Your working contract with the organization Our Books as the Project Manager / Office Manager position
will be terminated from today onwards for reasons of serious malfeasance as below:
1. Falsifying Our Books Documents (to ANZ bank), after being explicitly being told not to.
- To ANZ Bank, for a loan application
- Issuing quotes on Our Books letterhead and not informing management staff of quotations for
potential/existing projects: Science of Life Studies and Design Company, etc.
2. Operating a fictitious business (Open Service Development) using Our Books time and facilities, and
diverting Our Books Illustration & Design / House32 clients/partners to OSD.
This is after previous verbal and written warnings (September 2013), violating General Conduct for
Employees and Confidentiality sections of Our Books personnel manual.
3. Working for other companies (Peach Lykorng Star Trading Co. LTD and Century (Cambodia) Manpower,
LTD) on Our Books time.
According to the information plainly described above, this constitutes an overall failure to honestly
implement the terms of your employment contract, and shows acts of serious malfeasance.
Therefore, in my name as Managing Editor, and according to my authority given by the organization Our
Books, I have resolved to terminate the contract in the name of Soeun Klo / Soeurn Klau, with the organization Our
Books from today onward.
Any further attempts to misrepresent Our Books or to mislead its clients will be met with swift action.
