Observation
Having forward head posture
Having increased thoracic kyphosis
Reduced right side end shoulder range
History of more pressing activity than pulling

AdviceMaintain correct posture throughout day


Avoid any laptop- mobile work more than 1 hour
Do more pulling exercises than pushing exercise
(3:1) pulling:pushing

Treatment:Mobility exercise
Thoracic extension- 10 rep, 2 set

Thoracic rotation in lying- 10 rep each side, 2 set

Thoracic rotation in four point- 10 rep, 2 set

Horizontal adduction 10 sec hold, 5 rep each side

Wall slide- 10 rep, 3 set, 1 min rest


Note- make sure that hand move in y direction

Black burns- 2 sec hold each position, 8 rep,


3 set

Bilateral external rotation- 10 rep, 3 set, 1 min rest

Chin tuck in- 10 rep, 3 set, 1 min rest
