1. Quantities provided by the Township on this form are for Proposal evaluation purposes and do not constitute an
expected or guaranteed quantity. Actual quantities will vary. Bidders are responsible for determining expected
quantities for your own business planning purposes.
2. Proposals that provide the Township with guaranteed revenue streams are preferred to those that propose sharing
of revenue risk. Assign a Revenue Stability Factor of 1.0 where the Bidder proposes to provide guaranteed
revenue regardless of the quantity of the revenue source. Assign a Revenue Stability Factor of 0.5 where the

Bidder proposes to share revenue based on actual measured quantities. For example, if the Bidder wishes to share
electricity revenue based on the actual number of kWh generated, the Bidder would enter in a Revenue Stability
Factor of 0.5. Alternatively, if the Bidder was secure in offering the Township all of the electricity revenue from the
first 788,400 kWh generated, the Bidder would enter in a Revenue Stability Factor of 1.0.
Adjusted Township Annual Revenue equals Proposed Township Annual Revenue multiplied by the Revenue
Stability Factor. The Adjusted Township Annual Revenue will be used for evaluating the Proposal and only for
evaluating the Proposal.
Indexed Contract Price of 16.58 /kWh used for Proposal comparison purposes. Revenues will be determined
based on the actual Contract Price for FIT Contract F-000981-BIG-130-203 based on Peak Performance and
Escalation Factors.
Actual quantities will vary but the maximum combined sewage and septage volume will not exceed 14,600 m3 per
year and 57.5 m3 per day.
Tip Fee set by the Township and subject to change over the duration of the Agreement, including but not limited to
the cost of inflation. Township will consult with the Successful Bidder when setting the tip fee for sewage from the
businesses along Sunset Strip.
The Township strongly desires that the tip fee for Residential Septage be waived at the BIOGRID plant. To assist
with the transition, the Township is willing to negotiate a tip fee for the first 12 months of operation for residential
septage of not more than $10 per m3.
The tip fee for commercial septage shall not exceed $25 per m3 in 2015 dollars. The tip fee for commercial septage
can be escalated annually by the average Consumer Price Index for Ontario.
