Product Property (Characteristics)


1. A precipitation hardening nickel-base superalloy.
2. Double vacuum melting (VIM+VAR) with extremely low content of gas.
3. High yield strength, tensile strength and excellent creep-rupture
property at temperatures up to 704.
4. Excellent corrosion resistance.
5. Excellent weldability when compared to other nickel-base superalloys
hardened by aluminum and titanium.

z Specification Compliance
ASTM A1014-03, ASTM B637-03, AMS 5662M, AMS 5663M, DIN 2.4668,
UNS N07718 and API 6A718.

z Heat Treatment
1. Oil & gas application :
(1) Solution -- hold temperature at 1021~1052 for 1~2.5 hours, then
water or oil quenched.
(2) Age -- hold temperature at 775~802 for 6~8 hours, then air
cooled.
2. Aerospace / energy application :
(1) Solution -- hold temperature at 941~1010 for hours, then air or
water cooled.
(2) Age -- hold temperature at 718 for 8 hours, furnace cooled
(56/hr) to 621, hold at 621 for 8 hours, then air cooled.
