Chapter I
THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

To do something that is successful and efficient is the best way to show

not only how good you are but also shows how you are dedicated and
ready to do the responsibilities that is bestowed and entrusted to you.
Being able to accomplish the task means that the person is able to apply or
use a set of related knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully
perform "critical work functions" or tasks in a defined work setting, this is
competence. Every experience that you earn, every hardships you
encounter, every mistakes you committed will be molded to skills and
abilities that will make you that person who will be able to climb heights and
will be able to reach the finish line. The most important weapon that is
buried and carved within us is being able to dedicate ourselves completely

and be able to love the duty that we promised to do the best we can to
provide the boundaries that we can offer.
