Dear Local Residents of the greater Baltimore area,
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this; we are pleased to be writing to you today to announce our
grand opening of the new Innovative Coffee Bistro near your location. We will be located at 1877 Coffee Bean Lane
in the northern lights shopping center in Baltimore, Maryland. The new store front will be our flagship store in the
greater Baltimore area. We will be brewing the finest quality beans grown in Brazil with leading innovative
technology to create the perfect roast just for you!
Our grand opening will be Sunday, July 26th, 2015 starting at 9pm Eastern Time. We will be donating ten percent of
all profit to local charities in hopes for a better, brighter, and innovative future for Baltimore children without
homes. Starting 10pm Eastern Time there will be live music being performed by Earth, Wind, and Fire; followed by
giveaways, raffles, and free coffee from 11pm 3am Eastern Time.
Set the date on your calendar; we look forward to brewing your choice of the finest cup of coffee on the East Coast.
We will be waiting for your arrival so come on out Sunday and enjoy the live music and entertainment with a family
