This is the recipe of the famous

"PIADINA ROMAGNOLA"

Serves 10
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of flour type "0",
- 100 grams of lard (or a cup of seed oil),
- pinch of salt,
- 3/4 cups of warm water
Mix all the ingredients together with your hands on a floured work surface
for a few minutes.
Swell the dough with the matterello and make some round discs of about
25 cm of diameter and half a centimetre of thickness.
Then put each disc of dough on a hot flying pan and cook a few minutes
on both sides.
You can eat the Piadina hot or cold. Its delicious served with ham, cheese,
sausages or fried vegetables. But you can also eat the Piadina with honey
or jam, if you prefer.
