INGREDIENTS 1 bunch of kale Macadamia oil Smoked sea slt DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 300 F. 2. Wash and dry kale (can be done night before) 3. Cut kale into potato chip sized pieces 4. Liberally brush kale with macadamia oil (make sure all surfaces are covered but not dripping) 5. Line baking trays with baking paper 6. Place kale pieces so they are flat and not overlapping 7. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 20 minutes until crispy 8. Server cooled
