APPENDIX A

NFL PLAYER CONTRACT

THIS CONTRACT is between _____________________________________________,
Hereinafter Player, and ____________________, a ____________________________
corporation (limited partnership) (partnership), hereinafter Club, operating under the name of
the _______________________________________________________________________ as a
member of the National Football League, hereinafter League. In consideration of the promises
made by each to the other, Player and Club agree as follows:
1. TERM. This contract convers ___________ football season(s), and will begin on the date
of execution or March 1, ____________, whichever is later, and end on February 28 or
29, __________, unless extended, terminated, or renewed as a specified elsewhere in this
contact.
2. EMPLOYMENT AND SERVICES, youre a very skilled football player who must give
his best effort on and off the field, that is if you make it off the field. By signing this
contract youre agreeing to play the sport to the best of your ability. A player is required
to participate in minicamp(s), official preseason training camp, and all Club meeting and
practice sessions, that is if your body allows to you maintain composure due to all the
collisions you will be experiencing through this time period.
3. INJURY, if at any time the Player is injured in the performance of his services under this
contract and promptly reports such injury to the Club Physician or trainer, the player will
then receive medical and hospital care, if hes still alive. Due to the constant serious
threat from within the league injuries are very prevalent so care will be provided. Thats
short term care while the player is still within the league. After the repeated effects of
multiple concussions more than likely the Player will develop a long term mental health
issues such as depression, however if it isnt within the time of the player still being in
the club theres nothing we can do. Sorry!!!
4. COMPENSATION, For performance while still alive of Players services and all other
promises of Player, Club will pay Player a yearly salary as follows

for the 2016 season (if brain hasnt received too much trauma)
for the 2017 season (if still alive

By signing this agreement youre stating that youre an official member off this club and will
follow the rules and guidelines of this contract. Even if it means almost killing yourself due to
serious injuries in the process.
