To encourage more schools to participate in Projet, participation points will be awarded to

schools that compete in the projet category. All schools who participate will be awarded 4
points to their schools overall point total regardless of the projet score awarded by the
judges.

If a school brings additional Dclamation students (2 students per level) to compete, only
the top score from each level will be counted toward overall school points. In other words,
only 1 Dclamation score from each level will count (the highest.) But, both students from
each level will be awarded a ribbon if their scores merit one.
BOTH scores from Lecture will count.

The schools that will participate in Casse-Tte and Pice de Thtre will be determined by
the order in which we receive the school registration forms. The number of spots available
is limited (32 Casse-Tte teams and 60 Pice de Thtre teams).
The individual competitions that remain are:
Discours/causerie, Dclamation, and Lecture. Lecture will be longer just reading
comprehension but will encompass questions on vocabulary, language, reading
comprehension and culture.
Team competitions remain the same: Casse-Tte, Pice de Thtre, Saynte and
Projet/Album.
New This Year!!!!!
Attention all Middle School Teachers
We have decided to accept 7th graders as part of your Congrs Team-Just like 8th gradersThey may not however, participate in the Sgt-At-Arms program.

FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES: Each school may bring up to 30 students. If you

look at the Individual Registration Form, you will see 10 spaces for Dclamation, 5 for
Discours/Causerie, and 10 under Lecture. NO STUDENT MAY BE LISTED TWICE ON
THE LEFT SIDE OF THIS FORM!!!!! This is to clarify a discrepancy that existed in
previous years. Thank you for your understanding.
In reference to Team Competitions:
A student may participate in both an individual and team competition.
Our CCFF Constitution states that at least one teacher per school must be a member of
the AATF. If you do not meet this requirement, please access the membership form
through their website (www.frenchteachers.org).
