    Dear Director Cresencio,
    Due to the bad weather condition caused by typhoon Egay with southwest
    monsoon, our LGU Counterpart from Palawan suggested to move our physical
    inspection and evaluation in the Municipality of Agutaya, Palawan for a RabiesFree Zone. They also suggested that instead of Agutaya alone they included
    Balabac Island in order to save time and resources.
    From July 12 to 18, 2015 our travel was moved to August 24 to September 07,
    2015.
