A. Scope of work
Design, Planning and preparation of drawing & estimates in following area
Detailed Project Report - DPR of PHE should contain the PHE services of Main Building and
Association Building.
1) Detailed Analysis and Design Calculations of Water Supply, Sanitary, STP and
Rainwater Harvesting
(Hard and Soft Copies).
2) Plan, Elevation and Section AutoCAD Drawings for Tender, Working Drawings and
Drawings for
Construction(Hard and Soft copies).
3) DPR will contain Detailed Estimate, BOQ and Measurement Sheet.
4) Design should adopt any new Technology and Fixtures.
5) DPR will include - Fixing of Water Tanks for water, Bore well water, Drainage for
rain water/Storm
Water based on the counter plan.
6) The PHE - DPR will be submitted for review. DPR will be finalised and signed off
with or without changes. The PHE Consultant should be able to incorporate the
changes if any.
DPR will contain the below.
1. Toilet layouts
2. Internal water supply
3. Internal sewerage
4. External water supply
5. External sewerage
6. Water treatment
7. Sewage treatment system 8. Pumps & accessories
9. Rain water harvesting
10. External and Internal Drainage Plan for Storm Water
11. Fixing and Placement of Tanks Underground and Terrace and STP.
