Thermal-Hygro-Energetical Memoir

The calculus for the thermal resistance fot the designed house was made with
respect to the code Normativ C 107-1 (Normativ privind calculul coeficienilor
This calculus was made for an exterior wall, the slab above ground and the
terrace; using the Therwoline program.
The thermal resistance was determined taking into account that these
elements are composed of layers of homogenous materials, placed on the direction
of the heat flux. In order to determine this thermal resistance the formula was
applied:

n
R = R + R + Re
i
j
j =1

m2K

where:

n
j
Rj =

j=1
j

resistance to thermal diusion of the homogenous layers,

having the thickness J , and thermal conductivity J.

Re =

This resistance is compared to the necessary resistance, and the condition

must be fulfilled : R > Rnec.

Regarding the condensation calculation, the appearance on the inner face of

the element was checked and it was found that the element does not suffer such
an effect. By this check the condition that states that water that accumulates in
the building elements during the cold season is evaporated in the warm period of
the year.
The condensation check was made for an inside temperature of 20oC and a
humidity of 60%, respectively -15 oC and 80% humidity outside.

Reinforcing of the slab :

The calculus for the necessary reinforcement area was computed with AxisVM,
finite element method calculus program :The following steps were executed :

the thickness of the slab and concrete class were introduced

the support conditions were set
the loads were distributed on the slab surface
the surface was meshed
the load combinations were defined
a static analysis was made
the parameters for the reinforced concrete design were introduced
a solution for the necessary reinforcement area was chosen

The slab is reinforced on 2 directions: the global X&Y directions from AxisVM

8.1MEMORIU TEHNICO ECONOMIC

A. Documentaia economic
simbolurile pentru fiecare articol in parte.
-cantitatile rezultate in urma antemasuratorii au fost introduse in
programul de calcul DOCTEC.
-in urma rularii programului sau obtinut extrasele de resurse
principale(materiale, manopera, utilaje), precum si valoarea devizului pe categorii
de lucrari DCL.
- s-a intocmit devizul general i devizul pe obiect. n cadrul devizului
general s-au introdus urmtoarele cheltuieli : cheltuieli pentru obinerea i
amenajarea terenului, cheltuieli pentru proiectare i asisten tehnic, cheltuieli
cheltuieli diverse i neprevzute).
I lucrri de c-ii i instalaii
II montaj
III procurare.
B. Programarea lucrrilor
Programarea n timp a execuiei lucrrilor sa executat in programul
MICROSOFT PROJECT,
program prin intermediul caruia sau preluat datele
introduse in programul DOCTEC.Aceasta programare a lucrarilor contine
urmatoarele etape :
GANTT

Student:Lucaciu Sorin Andrei

Page 112

`POLITEHNICA UNIVERSITY OF TIMISOARA

CIVIL ENGINEERING FACULTY

munc , utilaje)
Aceast valoare a
materialul lemnos, geamul), n depozite deschise (nisipul, pietriul, balastul,
baza normativ a planificrii aprovizionrii tehnico materiale.
