for my students are to be problem solvers and life-long learners. We will achieve this by
cooperation, creativity, and hands-on, inquiry-based activities.

Grading:

Examsandmajorprojectswillconstitute40%ofyoursixweeksgrade.

ExcusedMakeUpWorkPolicy:
When absent, a student will have one day, plus one day for each day absent to turn in
missing assignments.
Students are responsible for requesting make-up work when absent. Class time will not
be used for make-up work without teacher permission.
Late Work:

If the assignment is turned in one day late a penalty of twenty (20) points may be
deducted from the grade and then ten (10) points off every day after.
No assignments received after 3rd day.

Extra help/ Tutoring:

I am available for tutorials:
o Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:45-4:15pm
o Wednesday and Friday 7:35-8:00am.
o If this changes I will send out a Remind 101
