Boston Massacre
OK State Content Standard 1: The student will
analyze the foundations of the United States by
examining the causes, events, and ideologies which
led to the American Revolution.

TTW assess students knowledge by
verbally asking content questions to
determine students level of
knowledge regarding events of

down answers. The pre-test will be
given 1 day before the handout is
given and the video is viewed.

students will be arranged in small
groups using classroom or computer
lab computers.

TSW have class discussion facilitated
by the teacher. Discussion will be
centered around students ideas of
how they would react to an event
such as the Boston Massacre.

Elementary school schedule depends on the subject. ELA/Reading is normally no less than a 90 minute block of
time.
