Gung HO REFLECTION BY JAVIER COLONIA MONTERO

The movie "Gung Ho" plays very important issues for teamwork and the three own opinio n expressed in thought and very important ideas related
to the degree they are studying.
I really liked this movie because it makes it clear that to achieve good teamwork should be aware that our work is worth (The Spirit Of The
Squirrel), we have control over the fulfillment of our goals (The Method Beaver) and finally encourage the other team to go ahead (The Don Of
Geese). We must ask which of these we most identify with? in my case I think it is the spirit of the squirrel. It is important to remember that the
work you will perform is worthwhile and that it is important for those who desfrutan the work was done. It is gratifying that the work of each
person is valued.
Good to complete each of these three methods is a complement for a teamwork. And it is up to us to identify which of these and we need to
strengthen our teams to achieve their goals.
