TAs, Monday October 6 th

First thank you for the meticulous organizing of the

library and the excellent records created and maintained for
our Performathon as well as grading papers and updating
School Loop. You are vital to the programs success and I
appreciate you.
1st Period:
Alex (and Joel if available) please work to update all
Vaca Pena School Loop grades using Edmodo. If a student
has not submitted the assignment on time in Edmodo please
put a 0 on School Loop. If the assignment is Flipped
Classroom Video 5, 6, 7, or 8 please check zaption.com to
see if they answered the questions correctly prior to
inputting a grade in School Loop. Thank you!
2nd Period:
1) Erin, please take 3 min at the beginning of class to
announce to Womens Chorus any information youd like
them to know about the upcoming Krispy Kreme fundraiser
as well as to remind them to do their secret buddies-perhaps
share about years past what you enjoyed most about your
secret buddies from participating in the musicals.
2) Please take 10-15 minutes to prepare to lead your
presidency meeting today right after school so it runs
smoothly. It will only be 15 minutes. Please follow up with
your officers by text during this hour to ensure they know
what their responsibilities are at the meeting and that each
of them received a copy of the agenda I sent via email last
night. Please fill in Courtney B. about all the work youve
done on the Performathon so she can report it to the
boosters tonight, as our student fundraiser chairperson.
Please also speak with her about the plans for the Krispy
Kreme fundraiser (specific pick up time of cards, goals of
when the cards will be sold, for how much, etc) so she can
report this to the boosters tonight as well.
3) Please spend 20-25 minutes grading any papers that
have been turned-in to the inboxes.
