    Grit
    I think that, in her speech, Angela Lee Duckworth proved that the IQ is
    not the one that gives us the ability to learn quickly and easily.Actually, getting
    succesful is more than having a big IQ.
    The real key to get succesful is Grit. Also, the grit is in a strong
    connection with our mindsets. Having a growth mindset gives us a motivational
    perspective. We work hard for our future, not for a good grade, and not for a day
    , a week or a month.
    Also, Angela Lee Duckworth proved in speech that the talent doesnt
    make us gritty. What makes us gritty is the ability to always think at our future,
    this being our biggest motivation.
    In conclusion, the IQ is not the one that makes us succesful. The real
    secret is having a growth mindset, always trying to learn something new,
    being gritty.
