OVERDUE POLICY
a.
More than 5 days overdue - Issue of reminder notice 1 (Warning to return within
14 days of the due time). No Option to Renew once warning letter has been
issued.
b.
More than 14 days overdue Issue of FINE ($10) note by an ASA delegate.
Books to be returned within 7 days (Receipts issued upon payment).
c.
More than 21 days overdue Fine of $10 + $ 2 for every day over 21 days
(MAXIMUM FINE LIMITED TO $50). Receipt issued upon payment.
d.
More than 28 days overdue Refer to ASA Executive Committee for further
action.
INDEMINITY DISCLAIMER
In consideration of acceptance of my membership I hereby waive all and any claims or causes of action which I might now have or may at any time
in the future have against the administration of Bhai Gurdas Ji Library (ASA). ASA reserves the rights to post list of member names with overdue
borrowings on the notice board and/or ASA website. I also acknowledge that I have read the above said Terms & Conditions and I agree to abide by
them and constitution of ASA.
